I have not been diagnosed with panic disorder yet but I'm sure I will be as I have them everyday and I have done for about 6 to seven months and they just keep getting worse. What I'm worried about is sometimes I get extremely depressed, is that part of panic disorder and will medication for it help it go away? Thanks in advance x. Well, I have your answer. My mom is on zoloft to help with her depression and anxiety- panic attacks. She's been on them for about a year and she hasn't had anymore panic attacks. She seems like a much happier person now.

I have anxiety attacks when I even feel a little sick but only before I go to bed. I know there is absolutely nothing to worry about because God is with me 100% but is there any way to get them under control without anti-depressants. . Maybe something like home remedies you guys have done or heard of. Thank You. What I found out was – I used to have this exact problem only at nights though sometimes it would help me when I would get out and go for a drive but I dealt with this for 15 years thought I was having heart attacks couldn’t breath sometimes it was aw full meds didn’t work for me I just finally came to the conclusion I wasn’t going to die from them and the actual worring about having them is actually what was causing them not so bad today I feel for you though its terrible to go through and you cannot explain what they are often anyone else

I am 14 and have Panic Disorder. The thing is I always get this: On the side of my rib cage where my heart is it hurts like 20 times a day for 1-2 seconds sometimes 3 seconds. This gets me very anxious thus causing more fears. I am growing my parents say it can be because your rib cage is getting larger im 5’6″ 105 pounds. Skinny and tall basically. Could a professional or anyone who has experienced this for like as long as me which is 2 months respond . Thank You, I appreciate it. Dealing With Panic Attacks

I’m 24 yrs old and have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks since I was in high school. For the longest time I tried dealing with it myselft, but I just keep getting worse. I finally went to the dr. And he diagnosed me with generalized anxiety and panic attacks. He first put me on zoloft but the side effects were horrible so I stopped taking it. He has now prescribed my lexapro, but I’m scared to take it because of my exprience with zoloft. Has anyone else tried lexapro? What was your experience with it? Also, besides medication, how do you deal with panic attacks in public and while you’re at work. I think I found an answer. Lexapro is a wonder drug. I’ve been on it for years and it has evened me out. I’m in no way a zombie but it slows me down in situations and lets me view them for what they are and not what my mind made them out to be. There are always problems in life and any pretty bad ones but lexapro helps me accept life on life’s terms.
